Privacy Policy
Data we process
We process your email, account identifier and authentication/session records to sign you in; selected report parameters and purchase identifiers to deliver your report; USDT amounts, wallet addresses, transaction hashes, payment status and audit records to verify purchases and handle refunds. Support messages contain the information you choose to provide. Hosting infrastructure processes request metadata such as IP address and user agent for security and operation. Do not include private keys, seed phrases or passwords in support messages.
Purposes and legal bases
Account access, purchase verification, report delivery and support are needed to perform our contract with you. Security, abuse prevention and diagnosing failures serve our legitimate interests, subject to your rights. We retain records where a legal obligation requires it. Optional marketing requires separate consent; authentication emails are transactional. We do not sell personal data or use the site for targeted advertising.
Service providers and locations
Cloudflare hosts the website and handles network/security operations. Supabase provides authentication and our dedicated database in eu-north-1 (Sweden). Resend delivers authentication email. TronGrid provides blockchain verification. UN Comtrade receives bounded trade queries, not your account email. Support email is handled through Gmail. Providers and the US-based operator may process data outside your country, including outside the EEA. Provider regions, safeguards and retention can differ; contact us for information about processing relevant to your request.
Browser storage and blockchain
Supabase authentication uses browser local storage for session tokens. Checkout uses session storage for a purchase retry identifier. These support requested account and checkout functions. You can clear them in browser settings; doing so signs you out or removes local checkout state. We have not installed advertising or audience analytics scripts. TRON is a public blockchain: transaction records are public, persist independently of us and cannot be erased by deleting your account. Avoid linking a wallet to your identity unless necessary.
Retention and deletion
We keep account data while your account is active and needed to provide access. You may request closure and deletion by email. We verify ownership and delete or anonymize data no longer necessary, while preserving records required for payment integrity, accounting, disputes, fraud prevention or applicable legal obligations. Payment audit events are append-only; we restrict access and assess which identifying data can be removed without corrupting transaction evidence. Support records are retained only as needed to resolve the request and related disputes. Hosting/email provider logs and backups have their own retention cycles. We review retained records when processing deletion requests; deletion from backups may occur later in the backup lifecycle.
Your rights
Depending on applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability or object to processing. You may withdraw consent for optional processing without affecting previous lawful processing. Email oumaster369@gmail.com; we may request proportionate evidence of account ownership. We respond within applicable statutory deadlines, normally one month for GDPR requests, and explain any lawful extension. You may complain to your competent data protection authority. We do not make automated decisions producing legal or similarly significant effects about you.
Children and changes
The service is intended for adults conducting business. Do not create an account if you are under 18. This policy is effective 2 October 2026. Material changes will be published here; when appropriate we will notify affected account holders. Contact support with questions.
