HS categories are classification candidates, not definitive customs rulings or exact product market sizes. Trade flows do not establish demand for your exact product, permission to sell, profitability or platform eligibility. Missing or uncertain facts remain unknown. Source-specific coverage and report contents are disclosed before purchase. Regulatory references are informational and require assessment of your product, seller establishment, packaging and destination; they are not personalized legal or tax advice.
The Full Market Report base price is 19 USDT. The exact total adds a displayed fractional attribution amount of 0.000001–0.999999 USDT. There is no subscription. Pay only the displayed exact amount in canonical USDT on TRON (TRC-20), to the displayed recipient, before the intent expires. Wallet/network sending fees are separate. USDT is a token, not a bank deposit; exchange value and third-party fees may change. We never request your seed phrase or private key.
Access is released only after the exact payment is verified on the canonical network and reaches finality. Network/provider delays can delay delivery. Underpayment, overpayment, wrong token/network, expired intents or disputed transfers may require manual review and do not automatically grant access. Do not send a second payment while confirmation is pending. Sign in with the same email to recover a purchase or contact support with the intent ID and transaction hash. No fixed delivery time or uninterrupted availability is guaranteed; non-delivery remedies and mandatory rights are preserved.
Our published Refund Policy forms part of these terms. It provides a voluntary full refund within 14 days after confirmed payment, including downloaded reports. Contact support about delivery defects, incorrect payments or refunds. Blockchain transfers are handled manually; refunds use a verified TRON wallet address. This agreement does not exclude mandatory consumer rights.
You may use purchased reports for your own business analysis and retain downloaded copies. Source-provider terms and attribution requirements still apply to their data. Do not misrepresent the report as official legal approval, remove provenance to imply unsupported accuracy, attempt unauthorized account access, disrupt the service, or abuse data retrieval quotas. We may restrict abusive access and explain the reason where lawful. Public factual pages may be linked and cited with their source and date.
You remain responsible for your business decisions and for obtaining professional advice where needed. We are responsible for delivering the purchased service as described and handling valid remedies. We do not exclude liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including fraud or applicable mandatory consumer protections. These terms are governed by Delaware law to the extent permitted; mandatory protections and court rights of your place of habitual residence remain unaffected. We do not impose mandatory arbitration or a waiver of statutory consumer rights.
The Privacy Policy explains account and payment data processing. The terms version in effect when you purchase governs that purchase; later changes do not retrospectively reduce promised refunds or delivery rights. Material updates will be published.
