What you buy

The alpha report is a one-time readable report with print/PDF and a source JSON download of available official trade observations and provenance. Reviewed regulatory coverage is not available. It does not establish permission to sell or provide legal clearance. See report contents and limits.

The base price is 19 USDT plus the fractional purchase attribution amount displayed before payment. Payments use USDT on TRON (TRC-20); sending network fees are separate. There is no subscription.

14-day voluntary refund

You may request a refund for any reason within 14 calendar days after your payment is confirmed, including after downloading the report. Downloading does not waive this policy.

We refund the full USDT amount received for your purchase, including the fractional attribution amount. We charge no refund fee and cover the outgoing refund network fee. Sending fees paid to your wallet or network are not amounts received by us and are not included.

After that period, contact us about non-delivery, technical defects or an incorrect or duplicate payment. We will investigate and provide a remedy where appropriate. This policy does not limit mandatory consumer rights or remedies under applicable law.

How to request and receive a refund

Email oumaster369@gmail.com with your sign-in email, transaction hash and payment intent ID if available. A reason is optional for the 14-day refund. Your email request date determines whether it is within the period.

Refunds are handled manually by Aleksey Kalinichenko. We verify the purchase and confirm a TRON wallet address you control before sending funds. Never send private keys, seed phrases, passwords or sign-in links.

We process eligible refunds within 14 calendar days of receiving the request. If required purchase or wallet details are missing, we will ask for them; the request remains recorded from its original date. Any shorter deadline required by applicable law takes precedence. Network settlement time may vary.

A refund ends paid access for that purchase. We confirm the refund by email with its transaction hash.
